Layout of add new property in default theme

I have OS Property version 2.3 on Joomla 2.5 - I selected default theme.

When a user wants to add a new property, the layout of the Add New Property page is a problem - the width of the content area is about half the page width.

Also, the drag and drop from map is not working - the map does not show here.

To test this, you can log in as a test user and add a new property:
www.diggs.co.za/new
Explore --> List a place
Log in with busybee, busybee (uname and pword)
Click on Add my listing on Explore --> List a place

The first problem is come from the css of your template.

Please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account, ftp account to me, so i can check and fix the issues for you
