"agent - add property" - problem

"agent - add property" - problem was created by Ted Vitor Lopes
1 First I create a new agent.
2 Then I get on the frontend with the agent login that I created.
3 When I click "agent - add property", a message appears there is no permission.
4 When I try to manage agents message appears on another screen:
FUNCTION wwwredea_licerce.1AND does not exist SQL=SELECT count(id) FROM d6wdv_osrs_agents AS a WHERE 1=1AND (a.request_to_approval = '1')
How to fix that?
