Hi Rodrigo,
You can modify the property modification form in
administrator > components > com_osproperty > property.html.php
function editProperty from line 801 (version 2.4)

- More Features

Hi Rodrigo,
They are field groups. You can manage field groups at backend > Manage extra field groups.
