problem the cities do not appear anymore

I have a big problem since the last joomla update:
I can not enter the cities' names anymore, the drop-down list disappears as soon as I choose the department, this problem is present in frontend for the users in the advanced search and backend for me when I create a new property.
Do you have a solution to offer me please? I did not change the settings so I do not understand.
