Adding a delay between available service times

However, I have several time slots, each about 90 minutes long. I would like to make it impossible for clients to book an appointment within 3 hours of the present time. So If a time slot begins at 4:30PM, they could not book the slot after 1:30PM. I hope I am explaining it clearly. Thanks for the help.
