Guard time between 2 bookings was created by Keller
Hi,
I offer services. For example start time each 30 minutes the customer can choose from.
Service time is 1 hour.
But after providing the service, I need a half hour break.
How to achieve this ?
I tried with steps in minutes, but then the customer can not choose the service each 30 minutes.
I need something like a guard time between two bookings, but the customer still needs to be able to select the start time each 30 minutes.
Thanks and br

Hi,
If you want to have 30 mins break between timeslots, you should select value of field: Step in minutes is 90 mins (With 1 hour service time length)
Thanks

I have the same probem. I offer 5 minutes long appointments, but between two appointments I need 10 minutes free time. I set the "step in minutes" to 15 minutes, which is practically working, but confusing for the clients, because in every confirmation screen and email they see 15 minute long appointment.
Any other solution for this problem? (Maybe a "force gap" between appointments, which could be set by the administrator or employee, so the client sees the 5 minute appointment, but unable to book before the 10 minute rest passes)
Thank You!

Hi Laszlo,
I don't think the value of field Step in minutes is shown in Confirmation email. Can you send me the screenshot of problem?
Thanks
Dam

You are right, the duration field does not show up anywhere, but the timeslots appear in a format where the start time and the end time is seen so the client might think he has 15 minutes instead of 5. The same situation are the summary (confirmation or Checkout) and the confirmation email.
I will send you screenshot later today.

Here are the screenshots. The third one is from the confirmation email sent to the clients.
