I'm trying to figure out how to set a default country or remove all countries other than 1 in this dropdown:

I am having the same issue. Where to hide the extra ones? Or should I just do my own custom field for phone number?

Hi,
To disable the dropdown select list "Code list", please go to Back-end > OS Services Booking > Configuration > Tab: SMS Setting and select No at field: Show code list
