Select Employee and make a Booking - change order in display

Is there a way to change the order of display, so that instead of alphabetic, it is in order by ID? (in other words as configured in the Employees configuration)

Hello Dam:

I've attached 2 files, one from the front end and one from the back-end.
The employee list in the back end is sorted by ID, which is how I want the employees listed in the front end.

Currently the component does the sort by name. Ideally it would be nice to have a sort option for the display.
At the moment I'd be happy with sort by ID (instead of sort by name) being the default.
