Employee to work with "administrator-manage-all-orders" page

Hello!
I would like to give the possibility to an EMPLOYEE Account to have access to the MANAGE ORDER menu link from the front end.
I tried but it is possible only with superuser right, and of course I want to avoid the possibility to enter from the back end.
Could you help me?

Hi Alessandro,
At frontend, employees don't have permission to manage orders. If you want they are able to manage orders, you can assign permission to "manage orders at frontend" to their Joomla groups.
