I have attached a screenshot of our current scheduler and one of OS Services.  I'm hoping I can get some understanding on how to get the same information needed for scheduling an appointment

Hi Steve,
OS Services Booking has different booking structure than other extensions. I also haven't worked with the booking extension in the screenshot, so i don't know how to make OS Services Booking to work like that.
