help please i have this set up on a clients site and they are getting payments but no data is being saved. the payment area is empty. so they have no idea what people actual want cause they cant see the form answers.

What payment method you are using ? Is your site located on a local or a live server ? Is your site online or offline ?

jorman uses google checkout payment plugin, so the answer to his questions are :

You need to change a setting in your google checkout merchant account. Please see joomdonation.com/index.php?option=com_ku...atid=62&id=6044#8137 for instruction. The only difference is that the API callback URL must be changed to :

yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_pmfo...od=os_googlecheckout

Hi,
its paypal, live server and online, I,m not sure if it has to do with Admin Tools by Akeeba payment is there but nothing in joomla and notification email link does not work??

I remember in the past, a client had the same issue and we had to unpublished AdminTools from akeebabackup.com. After that, it worked well. Could you please try ?

I think it is AdminTools but I need this as it has stopped the site being hacked so i can't do without it.
Is there anything i can add as an exception that may help?

Answer I got from Akeeba
I guess that you're using the Bad Behaviour feature of Admin Tools. In this case, please go to Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF and find the "White list IPs (comma separated list)" under the "Bad Behaviour integration" heading. Add this:
216.113.188.202, 216.113.188.203, 216.113.188.204, 66.211.170.66

Moreover, if you have set the "CSRF/Anti-spam form protection (CSRFShield)" feature to Basic or Advanced, please set it to No. PayPal performs a POST request when redirecting the user back to your site. The CSRFShield feature blocks unsolicited POST requests, including those from PayPal.
