Hey guys. I just installed Payment Form and it's awesome. There is just one problem that i cannot fix. When i click process payment i am redirected to an error page with the following text: 500 - Layout "2cols2lines" not found
This happens only when i use offline payment method.
I am sorry for lately response (I missed this post). Could you please send me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it for you ?
