I have set up a few text areas that people are going to fill in with a sentence or two of information. When I export the .csv file in Excel only the first line of their sentence appears - the rest of their inputted text is gone.
When I open the .csv in Notepad I can see all of their inputted text. Unfortunately data in Notepad is not useful since I cannot sort it.
How can I export my data into Excel without losing multiple lines of text typed into my text areas?
FYI - I just checked how it worked when I was using Breezing Forms...it replaced every line break with a "\n" so that the line breaks wouldn't cause the data to be lost. Is there a way to do something similar here?
Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and edit code directly on your site to get the issue sorted ?
