How to change field height and label alignment

Please advise how I can change the height of the text boxes and align the field labels to centre rather than top ~ refer attached.

Will need to change some css. Could you please submit a support ticket :

1. Sending us FTP account of your site.

2. Let us know how you want to change it.

I will ask one of our template developer to work on it and get it sorted for you.

2. Label alignment added in PMForm css ~ table item vertical-align:middle
