offline payment - no confirmation email

If someone buys with PayPal, he receives the confirmation email.

But if he buys with offline payment, he does not get a confirmation email. It seems that he should get a confirmation, even if he has not paid yet.

Look like there is something wrong here. When he uses offline payment, he should receive an email, too

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and the link to the form

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
