Questions about Payment Form extension

"Receive confirmation email" not working

Hi Guys

I have set up a custom email field, and selected 'Receive Confirmation Email'.
But when I test the form it does not send a confirmation to the email address entered in this field, what have I done wrong?
I have attached a screenshot of my settings.

Hi Alison

1. Did you enter a valid email address while making payment on the form ?

2. Have you tried to use a different email address? Maybe the mail server could not deliver email to that target email address for some reasons

Hi Tuan

Yes, it was a valid email address, I tried two different ones.
There is no email sent in the email log to either of those addresses.

Hi Alison

For this, better please submit a support ticket so that we can check it directly on your site. Send me super admin account, link to the form and ID of that custom field so that I can check it
