Your session has expired problem.

When i fill in the payment form, and click the proceed button, I get and error Your session has expired. Please log in again. How can I solve this problem

My customers are encountering this same problem. One of our order forms requires a lot of information to be entered: See tenota.com/index.php/order-multiple-tea-notes

After a few minutes the form gives a "session expired" message and the customer has to re-enter all of the data. As you can imagine, this is pretty frustrating for them.

Can anyone offer a solution? We need to have this fixed right away so thank you for your help

This problem usually happens because a variable on your live site config option in the file configuration.php under the root of the site. Could you please look at that file, make sure $live_site config option to empty ?

Also, in Joomla, there is a config option called Session Lifetime. You can go to Site -> Global configuration, change it to make session lifetime logner (for example, 30 minutes) .

That should solve the problem .
