Falang? Custom Fields? CUstom invoices?

I am currently using eventlist to manage Events: www.kidscampamerica.com/en/spring-break-camp/frankfurt/
and aicontactsafe to "manage" registrations:http://www.kidscampamerica.com/en/spring-break-camp/frankfurt/registration/

I would like to use payment form instead of aicontact but I to know if it can:

1. create custom fields
2. create conditional fields
3. calculate Price
4. create and automatically send invoices
5. be translated by falang

please let me know!

Unfortunately, our Payment Form extension doesn't have all the features you want. So please find a different extension.
