We are a gliding club. We wish to sell trial lessons. We would like a system that:
1) Allowed the selling of vouchers
2) These vouches could then be redeemed to book a trial lesson
3) We have three slots a day BUT only for three days of the week
4) Vouchers that have been redeemed can be reallocated e.g. when a lesson was rained off
