We have an active member that receives an 60 day expiry notice email, The member renews the membership,
The same active member receives the 30 day expiry notice email even though they have already renewed for another year.
UserA active from Feb 1, 2013 to Jan 31, 2014
UserA active from Feb 1, 2014 to Jan 31, 2015
Don’t see why the user would receive the 30 day expiry notice email since they had renewed already.
How do I fix it?
