EB Payfast not working correctly?

When I use the EB Payfast plugin I don't get any confirmation emails to event manager or user??? When I use offline both are sent correctly. Any help? Thanks

There must be something special on your site causing the issue. Could you please submit a support ticket so that we can check it for you ?

Also, It is new year holiday in our country these days, so if it is not rush, please wait me until we come back to office on 6th, Feb.
