Event Booking Oprions?

Can you tell me if it is possible in event booking to have sub options for an event.
Like if I want to have an event people can register for, and then have sub options in the event like

1) Will you need training materials Yes or No
2) Will you be staying for dinner? Yes or No
3) opt 3


and then be able to total these options per event.

How do I go about renewing our updates of Event booking? Ours expired already?
Do I just go through the purchase of it again? or is there and update option?
