We received the information. But we followed the instruction to access to Amazon FTP but it was not success and we could not update the code to your server.

Could you please let me know what FTP client you are using to access to FTP ? Could you please let us know step by step how we can access so that we can update the code to your server.

it's my fault i did't give you the converted key!
I've sent you the key file by email. Once you have the right key it's very easy:
-open filezilla
-file->site manager->new site->insert host->port 22->logon type normal->user bitnami->no password->close the site manager window
-edit->settings->connection->sftp-Add key file->ok
