"Thank you for your registration" page missing...

Hi there,

Instead of getting the thank you message, you get a blank page. What can be wrong? It has been working fine until last week, where i have tried installing some components (CB Comunity builder, and others that has been deleted) - but now it dosent work anymore.

Please help me...
