payment methods other then paypal to purchase

have joomdonation any other payment method or credit card processing system other then paypal. i want to buy a module and its payment plugin, but unfortunately we don't have the paypal payment method in our country (Pakisan). can any nice and kind person help me out regarding in this matter, i will highly thankful to him...
