Group Rate Currency Symbol

Hi Tuan, we are running some of our workshops in Malaysia and I've set the currency for those workshops as RM. The group rate discount shows the Rate/Person with a ($) after it - I've removed the $ symbol from the global configuration but still get the empty brackets (see attached). My preferred option anyway would be to have the workshop specific currency in the brackets.

I remember I answered this question yesterday. I believe you just need to go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Currency Symbol, change it to RM and it will work well ?

Hi Tuan, that will solve the problem in the short term, however, we will soon be running these workshops concurrently throughout the Asia region so we will need to be able to display the Group Rate in country specific currencies. What will we need to do then? Kind regards, Judy

Please get this file, unzip it, upload the file to components/com_eventbooking/views/event/tmpl folder of your site. After that, it should use the currency symbol which you entered in the add/edit event page and should solve your problem.
