Quick question regarding HelpDeskPro. Can I add a custom field "Color" and add this custom field to my front-end tickets view? By default I assume I have "ticket number" "submitter" "status" etc... Can I also add my custom field "Color" onto the header and sort by color?
Please let me know if this is possible and how much effort is required if not. Thank you.
Unfortunately, it is not possible. I think we will need to customize the code alitle to have this feature. If you want, you can hire us to customize it for you with the price 30$.
