Is it possible to create a 'grace period' after expiration during which members can Renew rather than Join again?
We have some long term members, and I loaded their initial join date in the 'created' field. If one of those memberships expire and they're late with re-joining that record is lost. At least that's how it seems; when the re-join the 'created date' is set to the new Join date.
This is sort of related to the desire to have follow-up notices for a month or so to expired members reminding them to renew.
