If there are no related products to an item, hide the related products heading? (similar to how you hid the specification tab for items with no specification).

Yes, I agree. I will work and add this to EShop core.
By the way, from now on, you should place the posts like this in the Features Suggestion of EShop instead of Pre-Sales question here.
