I'm a complete newbie here and just wondering if i can use any Joomla theme with eshop or if i have to use a theme that is coded by os for eshop specifically.

I just got your order for EShop. EShop is a standard Joomla MVC extension. It can work well with any Joomla template that you have. We also developed some of Joomla template for EShop, you can check them out here:
