hi everyone,,, i have eshop and apart form a couple of small things it appears really great. also this is my first go at website selling,,,,so it could just be me....but here goes....i have many items that are one offs ...meaning i only ever make one to sell.....so i set the quantity in stock as one....the minimum available as 0....haven't input any options as there are no options....customer buys the one thats it stock,,,but it still remains in stock and can be bought again.....so somewhere i think im inputing or not putting something in where i should be maybe? because if a customer trys to buy an item that i have more than one of...lets says 4.....but trys to buy 5 then it does show b4fore checkout the out of stock warning......hope that makes sense......the other problem im having is....no system emails are being sent out.......yet the mail settings in configuration are correct.......any ideas anyone as to what it is im doing wrong?
any help greatly appreciated

Hello Lynne,

The notification emails are only sent and stock is only updated if customer completed order (paid for order with online payment method or completed order with offline payment method)

Sound like you used online payment method without paying to complete order so the notification emails are not sent and the stock is not updated.

Hope that my answer is clear. Please test again for that.
