I am using the OSP Real Estate template and need to add some code to both the header and the footer area for a chat bar. This worked fine before I upgraded the template (I am now on the latest version 2.7.3 (from the version 4 download of OSP Real Estate).
I added the custom header code in Administrator/Template area, but I need to also add footer code before the closing </body> tag of the footer. I went to Templates/tpls/blocks/footer.php but there is no closing body tag. I tried adding it before the closing footer tag, but this didn't work.
I am not sure what has changed between the older template and this new one?
Is there another file location where I should put header/footer code. In older Joomla it was simply a case of editing the template.php file, but I can't find this anymore in T3
