Has the support tickets database been cleared as a result of the hacking thing?
I cannot find ANY of my tickets, and I have one (for eShop re AustPost Shipping), which has been outstanding for a few months and which is causing me geat pain.
If the database has been deleted, is there any possibility of having an extract of my own tickets emailed to me for my own reference?
Should be straightforward to extract rows by user name and zip then email the file????
