Fields exporting with no values

When exporting registrants the custom fields that I have added export as columns in the csv but values are missing. See screenshot @ www.dropbox.com/s/jwx2bfy6uz34ibv/Screen...%2017.18.01.png?dl=0 Is there something I am doing wrong?

I don't know why the value for custom fields empty. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check to see why it happens and guide you to correct it. Must be something special on your site causing the issue

So I 'commented' new credentials in support ticket and then clicked 'submit' and it 'closed the ticket' oops... Can you still access the ticket and get the new login credentials?
