Custom fields discount

I am needing to provide a discount in a custom field, for my business we have a fixed discount for child/infant places and the system will not deal with a negative number, is there a fix for this or another way I can achieve this without dropping the adult price then charging extra for an adult?

You are using Events Booking, correct? If so, the extension does support negative number for custom fee field values

Hi, yes I am using OSBooking, when I set up a custom field for example "child place" I want it to discount the price by 15e when I put -15.00 in the box, nothing happens and then I cannot even change this as it does not save it, your support materials state that this must be a number greater than zero but I cannot see why it would need to be?
