Creating free text in registrants form view

Creating free text in registrants form view was created by Paul Nout
Hello all,

I'm trying to add free text in the registrants form and tried to do this with the Message field. This one does not appear on the form. How can I add some free text lines and what field should I use for this

Hi Paul

Use Message field should be correct. You just need to enter the message you want into Description setting of the field and it should be displayed
