Can Membership Pro can manage Users from the front end?

We need to allow users to sign up for an account, and have an administrator approve their account to be able to use it, but we need it to happen on the front end. (without accessing the admin backend)

We would also like for the account to expire / delete itself after a year or so.

We are not interested in asking users to pay for their account, we just need a way to manage user accounts from the front end.

Honestly, I am unsure if Membership Proc an be used to handle this requirement 100%:

1. It allow users to sign up in frontend of your site

2. It allow managing and approve these subscriptions from frontend of the site

3. Account can be expired after one year as you said. However, it won't be deleted/removed (not sure why you need it to be removed?)
