Can a visitor select more than one timeslot

I am a fan of OS products and support but I cannot find anywhere where a person can select multiple contiguous time slots in OS Service Manager. For example, I can choose a single time slot, say 1 hour(12:00 - 13:00), but I run a photography studio and a client might want to book the studio for perhaps three or four hours on a single day (say 12:00 - 15:00 for example), or even a whole day. How can I set this up in OS Service Manager so that the client has complete flexibility in what they can book?

I read that you have something called Custom Timeslots but from the documentation, I couldn't figure out what this does.

Hi David,
OS Services Booking allows to book more than one timeslot, but after selecting one timeslot, you need to add it to your cart before selecting another timeslots.

Is that likely to change? It's a little unwieldy to expect a user to have to add multiple time slots to the basket. Is there a techincal reason why a user can't select two or more timeslots at the same time? Seems an easy thing to do. Many businesses, for example like mine, or those hiring resources such as rooms, equipment etc need to allow the user to choose the duration "they want". Does that make sense?
