Payment forms

Hi It says on the description that you can create a Contact Form using Payment Forms, if this is so, how can it be done. thank you

Hello Martin

You can just go to Payment Form -> Forms, create a new form (with no payment amount). Then go to Payment Form-> Custom Fields, create any fields you want and assign it to the form

Finally, create a menu item to display the form. Users can access to that menu item, enter data and submit....The system will sends email to both admin and user contains form data...

Please try that and let us know if it works

1 I need to be able to remove "Payment for Contact Us"
2 How do you change the submit Button to "Send" from Payment Confirmation
3 Where do you enter the administrators email address.

Hi Martin

These will be some small modifications to the layout. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the form so that we can make these modifications

How many forms you are using on your site? I ask this because if we make modification (to the label of the buttons), it will affect all forms
