Is it possible to enforce an accept terms and conditions before being able to confirm order?

How could we enable this?

Hello CareBridge,

Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Option tab, look at Privacy Policy (GDPR):

1. Choose an article for Checkout terms.

2. If you are in Europe, you maybe want to enable GDPR terms, then choose an article for Display Privacy Policy

Save the configuration. Then go to the checkout page, you will see the accept terms and conditions at Step 5 of checkout.
