fashion pro template

Hallo! I need to buy the fashion pro template and I want to ask if it is mandatory to buy renewal of eshop together so I will be able to have the quickstart package. My subscription for eshop has ended. So with the template, I need the quickstart too...do I have to renew the eshop subscription to get it?
