Linked second account on registration

We have a client that currently has a bespoke Membership component that uses its own users' database table and is a complete nightmare when trying to upgrade to Joomla 4 as you can imagine.

The bespoke Membership component allows joint membership. So when the first user registers, they're also given the ability to add a joint account (normally their partner) and then provide the relevant details for their partner. They both then have logins, but they're associated with the same expiry date of the account.

Is this possible with Membership Pro?
