No return from PayPal as "paid"

No return from PayPal as "paid" was created by Lon Czarnecki
We just move our site from one server to another. On the old site, we would get the response from PayPal that the registrant is "paid". Once we move the site, we can see when people register, and they show up as paid in PayPal, but that paid status is not showing up in EB.

All setting on PayPal and EB are the same as they were before the move to the new server. Is there anything I should have changed that I missed?

We have more issues. The registrations we receive are blank. We can see the registrants name but it shows up twice. When we select the name, all the fields are blank. We don't get the PayPal confirmation that they paid, and we are not receiving an email confirmation of their registration.

Could be because PayPal IPN (which comes from PayPal to Events Booking to inform the system about the payment) is blocked on your new server for some reasons

For this, please submit a support ticket so that we can guide you to check it further
