Developping a payment plugin

My bank is not available in the list of the plugins to be bought.
What do I have to do in order to develop a plugin by myself or by a partner?

You can contact the bank support and ask them for integration document and sample code in PHP programming language, then send it to us. We will look at it to see if it could be developed and give you quotation
