Paypal fees added on to amount

Does the current version of Joom Donation have a way to add flat fees (not percentages) when people donate via PayPal?  It's $1 if you donate up to $49.99, $2 if you donate $50 - 99.99, and no fee if you donate over $100.
PayPal is the only payment gateway we are using.

Unfortunately, Joom Donation doesn't handle this situation by default, so you will have to customize the code alitle. The file need to be modified is components/com_jdonation/payments/os_paypal.php , it is pretty easy to modify the code alitle to meet your need .
