Hello,
I am having my website hosted by ipage. I am trying to install joomla template but from Clone package. In iPage-MySQL,I have created my database,username and password. On installing my template,when it reaches the Database Configuration, I enter all the information correctly the way I created my db but I am given this error,"Could not connect to the database. Connector returned number: Could not connect to MySQL".
So I don't know whether in the Host Name field I am supposed to say 'localhost' or what is the way forward to my problem? Please help
