German or Swiss translation

I am looking for the German and/or Swiss translation files for OS-Property.
I have 2 versions: v3.0.5 and v2.9.9

How can I get these translations?

Hi Klaus,
OS Property has German language package. In case your Joomla site has German language package installed, and you install OS Property component, the German language package will be installed automatically. With Swiss, you can use Translation tool at Back-end of OS Property to translate content from English to Swiss

I though so, but German language was not installed or is not active, just English.
