Tuan,

After donation this is all I am getting in the emails, no data, what could be wrong? Also is there a way to tell it which admin to send email to?

{last_name}

{organization}

{amount}

{phone}

{email}

Hi

I am sorry for lately response . Please make sure you are using latest version of Joom Donation : version 2.6.2 . After that, instead using {first_name}, {last_name}...., please use [first_name], [last_name]... (replace { by [ , } by ]) .

Please change it and let me know the result .

Hi Tuan if I upgrade will that affect the user donations database? I also customized lots of regular text. There's already been quite a few donations. Other than backup anything else I should be careful with?

Hi

You can include any custom fields in the email in latest version (2.6.3 which I just released today) . Using the syntax :

[CUSTOM_FIELD_NAME] (Please note that the field name is in upper case). For example, If you created a custom field called jd_name , to display it in the email, you need to use syntax [JD_NAME] .
