I have the same question. Created a membership plans type module and choose the Pricing table circle layout. (I also made a menu-item where I set the background colors, but that had no effect on the module).

Hi Rachel
1. Create a (hidden) menu item to link to Pricing Table Circle Layout menu option. Choose the right color you want in the menu parameters. Also, remember ID of this menu item
2. Edit the module, there is a parameter called Menu Item ID, enter ID of the menu item above into that parameter
After that, check it again, it should work as expected (the module will use the settings from the hidden menu item when display the plans)
