Hello Tuan,

I chose, checkin on the registrants section. I then clicked a user on the registrant list, and choose Send Certificates button and in red it shows Error 58?

Hi Leo

I have no clue what's the error 58 you are talking about. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site?

Hello Tuan,

Like you said the event needed to have activated certificate feature to work. Also after the certificate has been sent to the registrants selected in the registrants area - send certificate button. It's not shown in the email log that it was sent to the registrant?

Thanks,

Leo

Hi Leo

We don't log that email in email log yet (honestly, that log is useless). If it is really needed, I will consider adding support for it in the future

Regards,

Tuan

OK, as I have already said, this is brilliant, however, I have one question I would really like to solve...

For each event that our delegates attend they earn 'continual professional development points'.
Now these points are dependant upon the lenght of the course.
So, if it is
- a half day event (which is set up as a category) they will earn 2 points
- a full day event (also a category) they will earn 3 points
- a short event they earn 1 point.

So my query is how can i set this up so that, from the event category, the software knows how many points they will earn and this in turn will then show on their certificate?

I can't get my head around it. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Alison

"- Registrants need to login, access to Registrants History menu option to download certificate"
I have setup a Registrants History menu, activated Certificates globally and have a custom cert associated to an event however there is no Download link showing in the frontend.
Is there some global setting missing to allow certs to be downloaded?

Apologies Tuan - the Event End Date was in the future so the Cert wasn't showing! - works perfectly
